Venti frustration, indeed

If the Sonics are worth significantly more to a group who wants to move them to Oklahoma City than they are to a group that wants to keep them in Seattle, isn't it more efficient -- in the sense of maximizing social welfare -- to move them to Oklahoma City? And why should the current owners subsidize basketball fans in Washington if the city and the state won't cough up more money to keep them around?
