Does the money work without Green?
If I were Minnesota, I would want Green instead of Gomes. Green might turn into something in three years. Gomes won't, and will be playing for someone else in that time. And if I were Boston, I might prefer to keep Gomes to Green at this point.
The Herald has now corrected its previous post and has Green back in the deal, with Gomes
I just heard that they are trying to work out the logistics to have KG throw out the first pitch at Fenway tonight, after he does the physical and sits down for a press conference at 5pm
