The funniest part of the column is where he makes this comment:
"Speaking of Brady, you didn't see Joe Montana strolling out with the other former MVPs in the pregame parade of champions. Any chance that Joe Cool -- a three-time winner -- wasn't there because the NFL wouldn't meet his price?"
Um, Dano, that's been widely reported on various media outlets. It was major news -- on Monday morning, when the San Francisco Chronicle published the story, a full 12 hours before your deadline.
